Directly usable output signals thanks to integrated amplifier for medium forces 

The KT1403 series consists of compact force transducers with integrated digital amplifiers. Users receive directly usable output signals of 0–10 V or 4–20 mA, which can be integrated directly into control systems, thus eliminating the need for additional external amplifiers.

Internal signal processing provides an amplified output signal with a very short response time. This enables a fast response and particularly easy connection to control systems.

Force is applied, and the sensor is attached via an M8 internal thread. Despite the integrated electronics, the design remains compact, making the sensor suitable for use in confined spaces. The KT1403 is ideal for measuring tensile and compressive forces.

Its compact design and analogue output signal make this series a practical solution for applications requiring ease of use and reliable results. 

Options:

• Nominal forces: 50 N, 100 N, 200 N, 500 N and 1 kN 
• Output signals: 0–10 V or 4–20 mA

Additional adaptations can be made to meet specific customer requirements, such as modified thread sizes for force application, special cable lengths or pre-assembled connectors. Other configurations are also possible, such as a custom output signal range (e.g. 0–11 V) and a custom offset.
