High-precision conductive plastic potentiometer for demanding applications
The conductive plastic potentiometers of the MCP22 series are designed for applications that place the highest demands on precision and durability. With a housing diameter of 22 mm and a lifetime of over 50 million revolutions, they offer a unique combination of reliability and accuracy.
Thanks to the high-quality conductive plastic technology, these potentiometers achieve an excellent linearity of ±0.2%, ±0.5% or ±0.75%. The electrical rotation angle is 320° ±5°, whereas the mechanical rotation angle permits continuous 360° rotation without a stop.
Equipped with a servo flange for precise mounting and 2 precision ball bearings, the MCP22 potentiometers in a metal housing ensure high mechanical stability and accuracy. The temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C enables use in a wide variety of environments.
Options:
Linearity: Selectable between ±0.2%, ±0.5% or ±0.75%.
Resistance values: Available from 500 Ohm to 100 kOhm.
Tandem version: For applications that require redundant signals. Up to 5 gears available.
Shaft adaptations: Various geometries and lengths, including special adaptations for individual requirements.
Rear shaft: For mechanical connection to synchronized mechanisms at the rear of the potentiometer.
Screwdriver slot: For simple adjustments directly on the shaft.
