EUKAP SP aluminium side profile enclosures

The EUKAP SP series of aluminium side profile enclosures is available in two heights (42 mm = SP42 / 56 mm = SP56). We manufacture two standard enclosures from the two heights as a kit with a profile length of 165 mm and an external width of 103 mm (for Eurocard formats), including baseplates, end plates and screws. The length of the enclosure can be modified as an option.

The side extrusions are also available by the metre (up to 3 metres) for customized electronics enclosures.

The side profile SP42 (height 42 mm) is designed for a PCB thickness of max. 1.6 mm and the side profile SP56 (height 56 mm) is designed for a PCB thickness of max. 1.8 mm.

The aluminium enclosures/side profiles are available in natural anodized aluminium (optionally black anodized).

For volume production, many other custom solutions are available, such as body machining, drilling, punching, milling, etc., as well as printing, custom colours to customer requirements. Custom machining of end plates, other thicknesses and materials. Chromating of bare enclosures and plates and more.
