Compact wirewound potentiometer with low installation depth for precise position measurements

The RP19/20 potentiometer series is a reliable solution for precise position measurements in confined installation spaces. With a housing diameter of 22 mm and an installation depth of just 8.6 mm, this series is suitable for applications that require compact dimensions. The RP20 model without end stop offers a measuring range of up to 355°, while the RP19 version with end stop offers additional operational safety for applications with manual operation and covers a measuring range of 320°. The radial, gold-plated connection pins ensure stable contacting and a shallow housing depth and are compatible with flat connectors (2.8 mm in accordance with DIN 46247 Part 3).

Options:

• Mechanical end stop: Choice of RP19 with 320° (with end stop) or RP20 with 355° (without end stop)
• Resistance values: 10 Ohm to 20 kOhm
• Resistance tolerance: ±3% (option: ±1%)
• Linearity: ±0.50% (±0.25% option)
• Center tap: Enables voltage or current to be tapped at a defined point on the resistor track, this enables the additional output of measurements
• Rear shaft: For mechanical connection to synchronized mechanisms on the rear of the potentiometer
• Tandem and multiple versions: Up to 10 potentiometers in series possible
• Shaft adaptations: Various geometries and lengths
• Shaft seal: Protection against dust and moisture, ideal for harsh environments
