The new HTx25K series of kit encoders from MEGATRON are ideally suited for detecting the angular position of externally mounted components in demanding applications. Whether as incremental or absolute encoders: the encoders cover a wide range of applications and, depending on the variant, are used in plants, special machines and automated guided vehicles.
A compact, robust aluminium housing, a high IP protection (IP67/68) and a centring aid for exact alignment of the housing relative to the magnet: These are the main features of the HTx25K encoders from MEGATRON. The special features of the encoders guarantee the reliable and precise acquisition of the measured values.
The encoders are available as analogue variants with voltage or current output, as digital variants with SSI, SER and SPI. Redundant variants are also available with analogue voltage output or SPI. The incremental encoder version can be selected with TTL, push-pull or open collector output electronics. The customer can set the number of pulses as desired, ex works. The teach-in variant HTA25KPM is particularly interesting: here, the start and end values can be parameterized by the customer directly during installation.
The electrical connection of the HTx25K encoders is made via M8 connectors with axial or radial cable outlet or via a shielded signal cable (1 m, metal cable glands) permanently connected to the encoder. The HTx25K encoders are manufactured in Germany and cover a very wide range of applications thanks to the variety of options. In addition, MEGATRON adapts them to the application on request, even from small series.
